How do I backup my data to the cloud?

If you are using the LifeTrak app (version 2.0 or later on iTunes or version 4.2 or later on Google Play), then you can go to view my account in the main menu of the app. From there, scroll down until you see “Cloud Sync” and enable it. If you are using a third party app, then you will need to contact that app developer.
