My watch and app have been trying to sync for a very long time. What' is going on?

Typically it could take several minutes to sync. If you are pairing and syncing your device for the first time, it could take 5+ minutes. There are several other possibilities:

  1. You have not synced your data for many days, so the Brite R450 has a lot more data (vs daily sync) to send.
  2. You may be far from your smartphone or tablet or there may be obstructions in the way. Ensure there are no obstructions between your Brite R450 and smartphone/tablet. Stay nearby. As with many wireless technologies, distance and obstructions affect performance.
  3. You have a low battery situation and need to change the battery.
