The LifeTrak app keeps crashing. What can I do?

Follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall app.
  2. Go into phone settings > click Bluetooth > unpair / forget any and all LifeTrak trackers listed; you may also find that it helps to unpair/forget all other activity trackers as well > turn Bluetooth OFF.
  3. Unpair your watch by pressing the bottom right watch button until you see “Pair Info Removed”.
  4. Restart phone and then turn Bluetooth back on.
  5. Install LifeTrak app and try again.
