The LifeTrak app shows it is syncing but it appears to be making no progress (no number before the % sign). What can I do?

Exit the app, restart the app and try again. If this still does not work, then follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall app.
  2. Go into phone settings > click Bluetooth > unpair / forget any and all LifeTrak trackers listed > turn Bluetooth OFF.
  3. Restart phone and then turn Bluetooth back on.
  4. Install LifeTrak app and try again.
