Exit or Force Quit the app, restart the app and try again. If this still does not work, then follow these steps:
- Uninstall app.
- Go into phone settings > click Bluetooth > unpair / forget any and all LifeTrak trackers listed > turn Bluetooth OFF.
- Unpair your watch by pressing the bottom right watch button until you see “Pair Info Removed”.
- Restart phone and then turn Bluetooth back on.
- Install LifeTrak app and try again.
